    How to use:
    Begin with your neck.
The key to jade rolling your neck is to move upwards with gentle pressure. Start at your neck or clavicle and move upwards from there.
Apply gentle pressure to your neck and slowly move upwards. You’ll want to target the sides of your neck and just under your jawline. Press and move slowly up your neck and to the base of your chin. This soft massage gives your neck a stress relieving massage, while also promoting circulation, which helps with pesky puffiness in your face.
     Transition to your face.
Now it’s time for your facial muscles to get in on the action. Whether you’re rolling your cheeks, chin, or forehead, you’ll want to roll outwards, away from the center of your face, towards your hairline, to really get your circulation going. Start on either side of your nose, pushing outwards as you roll. A light touch is key, if you press too hard, the jade could accidentally rupture capillaries and leave you with tiny red marks on your face.
Use the small stone for your eye area.
Now switch over to the small stone. The added dexterity makes it easy to target any puffy under eye circles. Simply roll from the inner corner of your eye out. Since the skin under and above your eyes is extra delicate, you’ll want to use caution when treating these areas never press too hard or rough movements!
    Clean your roller.
If you used your roller to apply moisturizer or serums, you’ll want to sanitize your roller with soapy water before you tuck it away for later use. Use gentle soap (Raw & Rugged bar is fine to use) on the stone, then roll it under warm water. Finally, roll it out on a towel to dry.
