No, NHB is for ANY & ALL grades, textures of Hair. Its very light and will NOT weigh Hair down




Can You put NHB on the ends of Your Hair?


Yes, regular application is directly to scalp but its should be massaged in and rubbed through out entire head




Can You put Beneficial Body Butter on Your face?


Yes, its 100% All natural & is safe and gentle to use on face as well as rest of the body




If You have a Coconut allergy can You still use NHB?


Being that Our oil is topical, We do have customers who do have the allergy but still use and have no issues... Varies per person If breakout or irritation does occur discontinue use We are not responsible for any issues




Do You have to use NHB daily for results?


No but You must have a consistent regimen when using. At least 3-4 times weekly and are incorporating on wash day by mixing with conditoner or giving self a Hot oil treatment For best results We recommend usng daily, applied to scalp and worked through out entire head, down to ends. A little goes a long way and can be used on wet or dry hair




Are Our Products safe and gentle to use on children?


Yes Our products are 100% all natural, there are No additives or preservatives nor sulfates in any of Our items. Made with nothing but USDA approved Essential & Carrier oils. All of Our ingredients are plant based and Earth derived




How long does it take for my order to be processed?


Shipping is 3-7 business days. Your order is processed the following business day, which will be day 1. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Rarely you may receive tracking info on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) once you receive your tracking number please allow 24-48 hours for it to update.




Why is my order taking long?


Once We provide you with your tracking number ALL issues and concerns are now to be taken up with USPS. Make sure you have your tracking number handy




My order was damaged or I cant locate it what do I do?


ALL orders are tracked and shipped with insurance that covers your order total. We properly wrap and label Your order with red fragile stickers and they also come in padded mailers. If Your order happens to be damaged upon arrival You must report your complains to USPS please have your tracking number handy
